Hi, my name is John T. Anderson. Welcome to my blog! I have been practicing law in California since 1975 and have been the Chairman of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Long Beach Bar Association since the mid-1980s. I'm also certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. UPDATE: LONG BEACH BAR ASSOCIATION ESTATE PLANNING, PROBATE & TRUST LAW SECTION BROWN BAG LUNCHEON

PLEASE NOTE: The Brown Bag Luncheon scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, November 3, 2015, from Noon to 1:30 PM at the Long Beach Superior Court has been moved department S-09.

We will NOT be meeting in department S-25 as previously announced.

Attorney James Birnberg will be speaking to us on California Legislative Updates for 2015 affecting Probate Estates, Trusts, Guardianships and Conservatorships.
